All casting iron is treated by tempering and the inner-stress of casting iron is released thoroughly by at least two months seasoning. The rough machined casting iron is stored for over 30 days to eliminate stress caused by machining before the secondary process of fine machining. Its higher rigidity and durability ensure percision accuracy for an extended period of time.
Three-point support construction of base is utilized and the entire travel of the table is fully supported by the slide ways on the base to ensure the best accuracy. This eliminates problems of leveling accurancy caused from hanging or shifting of machinery's fulcrum.
Y-axis slide ways are independently installed on base. The workpieces move only on Y-axis without load from the X-axis saddle.
X-axis slide ways are independently installed on the top of column without the load of workpiece.
C3 high precision ballscrews with 3°C pre-tension to prevent distortion caused by temperature deviation.
High rigidity roller-type linear guideways are installed laser accuracy inspextion ensures the accuracy during high-speed operation.
X.Y&Z axis ballscrews are directly connected with axial motors by couplings to prevent accoumulated error by belt transmission.
